I think that it'll be an American Revolution book since it's the 250th. And Atkinson is well regarded and the most recognized on the list. I personally have an interest in the other AWI books (I've read the Atkinson books).

I concur and similar. I've a lot of AWI reading to catch up on.

The Damian Shiels book is excellent. Lots of original research and well written. Really humanizes the soldiers.
