Pre made cartridges

Does anyone know where I could get pre made cartridges? Im looking for some for a living history even i plan to attend.

I'm guessing this won't be the answer you're after, but the pre-made paper cartridges generally found for sale aren't that good in terms of historical accuracy and tend to be somewhat expensive for what you get. Maybe someone here will offer to make a few rounds for you for display but if you intend to shoot with them you might try these guys:

*Note that Eras Gone sells bullet molds only, so you could end up casting your own bullets too! (As late as last year there were people on the internet casting and selling bullets from Eras Gone molds so that may be another option for projectiles if any of those guys are still around.)

You can also try it the way many of us learned back in the old days by using a dowel, cigarette rolling papers, a glue stick, and an appropriate round or Minie' ball. It won't be as pretty or historically accurate but it will definitely get the point across.

It's cheaper to make your own blanks. But if you need them to be pre-made, Gimcrack & Bunkum does makes blanks for several types of muskets. You have to supply the black powder because the Mail Service doesn't ship the blank round cartridges with black powder due to USPS rules and laws. The rounds are already pre-rolled and ready for black powder.
