I'd say no.

Eyes are deeper set in the original picture. Nose is less upturned. Brows are heavier.

Ears don't lie and the ears don't match. Nor do the eyebrows or deep set eyes. The noses also don't match.

Definitely not the same person, IMO.

They just don't look the same, comparing both faces holistically.

Specifically, apart from the mentioned differences in nose ends, the facial shapes look different (one face is rounder; the other more elongated), as well as the mouth shapes differ.

Thought all these differences are conclusive.

Jesse also was kicked by a horse when he was younger. Well younger than in this photograph. It accounts for the left cheek.

He did have a penchant for looking radically different in photographs however. But as I'm find of saying, here it ain't.
