[Lost Cause]

Does anyone know where and when this photo was taken? The below link lists it as part of the Grand Review May 23, 1865, however, it seemed a bit warm for winter gear during that time frame and there are few leaves in the trees.

Is is also labeled as part of Lincoln's second inauguration, which would make it March 4, 1865.

Likewise it was labeled as Grant's inauguration, too, but this seems to be proven wrong.
