I recently received my copy of Charlie Harris and Butch Holcombes book about civil war relics of the western theater. One item interested me, it was a confederate tongue that was dug in Baldwyn ms and is says NB. People believe it means noxubee blues. Have y'all ever heard of this buckle? Does anyone have any more info on it I can't find anything else on it

Yes I have as it was found in the camps of the 5th Miss Inf after they fell back to Baldwyn MS after Shiloh.
