Yep thank you guys hoping to get a little bit more information though let's see what happened right

Austrian made M1849 Chambered Rifle altered to percussion from tubelock.

As far as I know it's Belgium's converted and I was trying to possibly find dates on it and learn more about the cartouches and numbers of it trying to figure out if it came to a certain unit Union or Confederate

And it is chambered in a 74 I believe it is caliber getting up there to 75 12 Groove Barrel overall length 48 in everything seems to be in proper working order

Welcome From THE Heart Of Dixie. Nice piece and @johan_steele is spot on. As far as tying it to a unit without some sort of provenances or markings on the gun that's going to be difficult.
