Muzzleldrs Navy Arms 63 Springfield

I put some finishing touches on the thoroughly cleaned Miroku this weekend. I even gave faux case hardened coloring a shot with Birchwood Casey products. That part isn't great but getting better. I didn't photograph the bore but it's now clean, bright and sharp! I haven't yet freed that pesky nipple, so I think that the next step is off to Todd Watts for some work. I would appreciate comments, criticisms, etc. (And once again, I apologize for the photos. I'm still learning.)

That came out great! Well done sir. Wish I had one as nice. Now, let me be the first to ask, in my best little kid voice, "how's it shoot mister?"

Thanks Bill. Although it's taken a little work I think my initial $350 investment has so far paid off nicely. And I can't wait to shoot! But...I don't want to until I can free the nipple and I'll have Todd Watts do that and a little defarb soon.
