Thanks for taking us along on your trip. I don't think of them as monuments but more as works of art.

The "Ditch of Death".......the simulated gun position for Eli Lily's section detached to fire into the ditch is also quite a view. For some reason this location and the southeast corner of Poe field near the Georgia monument stood out to me. Besides the area of Thomas's defenses east of the Kelly field, these were two of the best locations on the entire battlefield where artillery was able to be used for maximum effect.
