I cant seem to find much about this place. Im reading that it was a CS arms repair facility and depository and that they made a limited amount of muskets there. Possibly of the 1841 Mississippi style.

Does anyone have any details on dates of operation or actual numbers of guns made or repaired there? I saw a picture of a lockplate with the name stamped on it.
I just cant find much on the web more that a passing mention of the name.

Thanks

Thanks.
Yeah its that Lodgewood link that i stumbled on that caused me to look for more info in the first place.

They may have been referring to Tallassee which is just East of Montgomery and had a large armory/manufacturing presence. This was where the Tallassee Carbine was made.
