Can someone help me understand what the difference is between the front and rear trigger guard wood screws for an M1842 springfield/harpers ferry?

This is an original I am asking about as I beleive the Italian reproductions use two identical screws.

I have two identical originals and dont know if they are front or rear.

Well as it appears no one knows the answer to this, since I posted this question I have found the answer, in the event anyone wants to know.

On an original M1842 the front trigger guard screw is shorter than the one at the rear. According to what I was told the longer trigger guard screw is 1 3/16 inches long. The two I currently have are about 15/16" long, so they must both be front screws.
