Info on the 47th Tennessee

My Mom is from Trenton, TN and the local regiment was the 47th. I have found some information on them but something more in depth would help.
What I've found is actually pretty interesting. The weapons they carried were all kinds of not the same. Trenton is the county seat and was a larger, not economically depressed. Seems they had a gunsmith who made sure even shotguns were all of the same caliber.

They trained near Beech Grove.
