Is the Horstmann brass 'chicken button' post CW?

I agree with @Package4 that appears to be IW period. That particular button was in use from 1875-1902 when they switched to the Great Seal button. A backmark would solidify the identification though.

It looks like a IW chicken to me though the back mark would seal it for me.
