Everything I see picture wise on this sword is indicative of a Sauerbier sword. I have 3 Sauerbier Foot Officer swords and 1 Staff & Field that I'm staring at right now 
The unstopped fuller on the blade, spanner nut, shape of the pommel cap, screw, etc are all consistent with Sauerbier swords. Etching being worn and unmarked blades are common.
