This past weekend was just so hot and humid in my area. Sherbet is so good when it is so hot. This recipe is from "Old Time Recipes To Enjoy", "The Kentucky Explorer Magazine", September 2016. I just got this issue.
Grape Sherbet
One quart of grape juice, one fourth cup of lemon juice, one half cup of sugar, and two cups of cream.
