Anybody see the new show "Ghosts of Shepardstown" on Destination America channel last night? I recorded it but haven't watched it yet. It is in Shepardstown, WV near Antietam battlefield. It is supposed to have some civil war connections in the show.

Anybody see the new show "Ghosts of Shepardstown" on Destination America channel last night? I recorded it but haven't watched it yet. It is in Shepardstown, WV near Antietam battlefield. It is supposed to have some civil war connections in the show.

I watched a trailer for this show, I'm not being negative but when the self proclaimed 'evidential psychic medium' shouts 'get me a lighter, I need to burn this man off of me', I was left thinking ' okay, she's a complete nutter, but each to their own.

I started to watch it last night. I have been to Shepardstown a few time. Would it surprise me if there were ghosts there, no, but I didn't watch it for very long so I cant really comment. Its a nice little town with a college and some quaint shopping.

I watched it. I wasn't impressed but it might be fun. I had the impression that they weren't aware that the Battle of Sharpburg was just a few miles east.
