Like some who think every noise in the woods at night is Bigfoot , there are those that think every light or orb or unexplained bump in the night is a ghost . Actually the reason I first looked at this story was because the article with it repeated the fallacy that "50,000 soldiers were killed at Gettysburg." Whenever I see that it drives me a little more crazy.
At the 0:19 mark you can see the figure and also before that a reflection of something else. Interesting videos. Use to ghost hunt my self. Great spot to look for them if they are out there.
It looks fake to me. It looks like two men, one with headphones running off from a camera fast, actually the both of them. I suspect they were illegal relic hunters. I have seen better ghost videos taken at Gettysburg than this one.

I looked at it again I agree. The guy in the car was probably with the relic hunter decided to make this video at the same time using his friend as a shadow for the reflection of the ghost by the canon.

I think we are getting on a relic hunter goose chase. How about simply: " The guy in the car was probably with the relic hunter decided to make this video at the same time using his friend as a shadow for the reflection of the ghost by the canon."
Some one jokingly ( I think ) said Bigfoot is a large creature that is by nature always out of focus . I've looked at many ghost videos and images and some people claim to see things that I don't .
As a kid when I heard an unidentified noise at night I would repeat under my breath, 'I believe in ghosts' just because I feared disbelief would curse me. I asked Mom what the noises were at night, (we had oil furnace heat) and she said the house was growing and settling. Later as I got more knowledgeable I interpreted Mom's definition as expansion/contraction of the wooden rafter beams and frames. Yes, I believe in ghosts!
