This is all mind boggling to me. I'm offended and going to Cancel myself on 3....1..2..3
now, I don't quite understand what is meant about "canceling" but I do know that a wise saying I once read is that no one ever got in trouble for what they DIDN'T say. I talk too much, and I also like to use irony and both get me in trouble.
I got a serious kick in the head by a stubborn pony when I was a child - but there are no signs posted around my life that perhaps this explains stupid things I say or do - and in fact my wife has told me, the few times I have told her that this kick in the head might excuse some inappropriate thing I do or say, that "that's no excuse."
I do know that all my Anderson ancestors were what is called the Scots-Irish, and so certainly settled on Irish land taken by the Brits from the Irish to give to these Protestant Scots such as my ancestors. I've not sent any apologies to any Irish family who was dispossessed of their home back in the early 1700s.
