You guys must be getting sick of these badges by now. Coming back from the Dover TN show and all I managed was a riker case. Unfortunately no one was selling anything I looked at but the case is long overdue. Here are 26 eagles with one still on the way! The shoulder board belongs with one of the eagle badges as both are identified to a soldier. There are three identified eagles in the case

I have to admit, the first thing I thought of after reading the title was the Boy Scouts. Do you know the makers of the badges and about when they were made?
I just had to read it again and you're right. I was never in the scouts so I didn't catch it at first. There's no documentation on who ever made these though they're hand done embroidery. These were made from 1851-1872. Or at least those are the regulation dates for headgear insignia pertaining to eagle badges. Third row and third in is an 1851 eagle that goes on the pre war shako.
