Found this on a small site, 119 grains. What would cause the impression like this?

Maybe a patched ball inadvertently loaded on an already loaded patched ball? Just a guess.

I know of a fired Williams Cleaner bullet with a fabric imprint, apparently from a uniform strike, dug near here (Atlanta campaign).
