Confederate Fighting Knife

I just found a guy on YouTube called Brian Akins #rebelrelics. He claims to have a "Confederate" fighting knife with a scabbard that seems in way too good of shape to be original. Is anyone familiar with this guy ? I have serious doubts about some of his other stuff as well.

He is legit. When he was a kid he used to buy from Larry Hicklen. He has been doing it for a long time!
