Confederate Block I Button

I dug this Confederate Block I (Infantry) button yesterday in the Vicksburg area. It was in an agricultural area so I'm assuming the button was damaged by farming equipment. However, it's possible that the soldier was cutting on his button. We'll never know for sure. Thanks for looking.

Nice one. Looks like what we call the puffy top I which had a tine back. I would say the plow got it. Where there is 1 there are more.
