In different conversations here on the board, I have mentioned a quite a few times of the very polite and respectful communications of the South trying to get the North to peacefully leave Fort Sumter. Along with the patience they had in waiting for it to be accomplished. I was really impressed by this when I first read them a few years ago and up till tonight, I have been just going by memory.

It took a little while, but I was able to locate them again tonight. Not sure if this is the original site that I read them at, but if not, it is a good duplicate:

Really? Perhaps you can document this.

More reading assignments. If I have to read them, my bet is that I will find atrocious Southern behavior and then what more reading assignments to other members to prove some point or another after I report what I found?

Reading assignments ??

I gave you 3 links related with the information that I was referring to, right there in black and white.

Now if you are saying that they are all fake and you don't believe them, then that's another thing.

You claim one position and I claim another, the only difference it that all you have is reading assignments.

It would be real nice to see some examples "of the very polite and respectful communications of the South trying to get the North to peacefully leave Fort Sumter" without a reading assignment.
