The first one is a Sharps carbine bullet and the second looks like a Burnside carbine bullet.

I agree on the second, however the first is a large .69 cal.

The first bullet is 100 percent a "dot-base" Sharps Carbine bullet.

I appologize I was side tracked when looking earlier, I meant it looks like the second one is a .69 cal. Not trying to question just looked very big to be a .58 in comparison to the .54 sharps.
