What is this? Bullet ID help

I have two bullets that I dug years ago in Virginia. Both are about the same size(.577 I think), although the one with rings appears to have been fired. Both have a cavity that is approximately 1/2" deep. Any help would be appreciated.

It a fired Williams Cleaner III.

The hole in the bottom is where the zinc insert would've gone in the Williams Cleaner bullet.

As stated above its a Williams Cleaner bullet. Below is what a non fired one looks like.
