We are looking for period musicians interested in helping us commemorate 175 years since the 1848 Revolutions in the German states and across Europe. We've finished most of the research, and will be performing about a dozen songs, telling the story of the Revolutions and their effect on the ACW. At the moment we have fife and drum, bugle, and vocals, and would love to add period brass, accordion/concertina/flutina, or other appropriate instruments.

If you play any of the above instruments or can sing in German, and are available in the Cincinnati area on October 22nd, please send me a message! Help us bring important context to German-American involvement in the Civil War in a new and exciting way!
