I found this bullet at the Jenkin's Ferry Battlefield. Considering where I found it, I believe it may have been a Union bullet. What caliber might it be? The watch is for scale.
Looks like a .577 British Pritchett round, but I'm no bullet expert, especially not knowing the diameter/caliber. And it looks dropped, could be from either side.
It is a short pattern Enfield and is more than likley CS. as @Rusk County Avengers stated would need some measurements to determine if it a Brunkswick or Pritchett. Is that dirt in the base or a wood plug?
