I did the old forum search and came up empty. What is the best book out there on foreign relations or possible involvement in the war?

This is what I have found on Amazon.

One War at a Time: The International Dimensions of the American Civil War - Dean Mahin

Guns for Cotton: England Arms the Confederacy - Thomas Boaz

Union in Peril: The Crisis over British Intervention in the Civil War - Howard Jones

Are any of these titles worth the read? Which is the best? Is there a better one I missed?

I've read Great Britain and The American Civil War by Ephraim Douglass Adams, and found in it everything I was looking for...
This book can be found online, so you can check the contents without the risk of wasting money :)
