Belgian M1777 arrived

So, is the is the 4 digit number above the date the assembly or serial number? Would that be of the M1815 model or would it be tied to something else?

I have the book "Firearms From Europe" Second Edition and it will tell you nothing about the above musket in the book. I take it there was a First Edition which I don't have that may tell you something in it. The Second Edition starts out with French/Belgium Models 1816-60 but no mention of anything from Model 1777s.

Ordered it from Amazon a week ago, paid for, was suppossed to be delivered by July 13th. Just got a notice the order was cancelled due to the book being no longer available.
