more or less - a burgberg normally is one (of a few) hills in a city it's still a burgberg when the burg is gone (it's more for distingushing the hills)

your's is simply the stammschloß (where they come from) of prussian kings (and later german emperors) - you would not talk about a burgberg here, you'd call it the hohenzollernschloß and that's it
