Any information on the specific event being portrayed? Or is it just a generic "Lee and his Lieutenants in the Field" painting?

Great painting, but who's the artist, what's the specific title, what's the source? For that matter, who's who, aside from Lee and (I presume) Longstreet?

I just had to look it up.i was right when I thought it was by John Paul Strain, the painting is called "On To Gettysburg", June 30,1863.Lee is talking to Longstreet and the key members of Longstreet staff telling them that they are no longer going to Harrisburg but Gettysburg instead.
The painting may be available on the secondary market as it was a sellout.

I found three for sale on the secondary market ranging in price from $325.00 to $495.00 all unframed.it is a sold out issue of 1400. I do not know the date it was produced.
