Hand Painting On Flags?

What are you looking to do? Add battle honors or regimental name? Probably something that you can do if you can find some stencils.

I need a hand painter who can do it on fabric, I'm no good at that stuff.

I've been looking on Etsy.

I had a guy do it on our our unit flag many years ago but I lost track of him and don't even remember his name.
