If I had the eyes I used to, I would immediately zero in on that cameo/jewelry, because many of them are indicative of the era they came from. Same for the collar.

I know practically nothing about images but of course if this were an ambro rather than tintype, I'd say at least CW if not earlier. However, and as Bee points out, and more significant too. Determining age can be established by the style and type of clothing and jewelry, so long as it is not a picture taken where folks get into a " period " costume too? and then transferred to a period case.
