The 147 is named the Thatcher Perkins, and was built by the B&O Railroad in 1863,
according to the B&O Museum's website. It was restored to its current paint scheme because
of the 2003 roof collapse at the museum's roundhouse.
The 4-4-0 was built by Mason in 1856. It's B&O 25, and named the William Mason.
Info from the B&O Museum's website.
