Cadet Rangers
Battalion of State Cadets
Florida State
Star of the West

Edit - The Cadet Rangers and Battalion of State Cadets were both formed from cadets at the Citadel. The Citadel Cadets did participate in opening fire on the Star of the West, but that's not the name of an ROTC program.

A correct answer would also have had to include VMI.

The four are Florida State University Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program is one of only four Army ROTC programs to have a battle streamer for their actions in the Civil War. The other three programs are: the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) for the Battle of New Market, The Citadel, for the defense of Charleston and other engagements, and The University of Mississippi for the defense of Vicksburg.

Which Army ROTC programs carry battle streamers for actions during the Civil War.

The honor displaying institutional battle streamers for "significant participation in a battle of historical importance" in the Civil War has been earned by ROTC units from four institutions: The Citadel (nine streamers), Virginia Military Institute (one streamer) Florida State University (one streamer) and the College of William and Mary (one streamer).

Virginia Military Institute

Two things about this march are unique to the VMI corps of cadets. First, the cadets march with their bayonets fixed - a distinction awarded to them because of the battle at New Market. Also, in commemoration of the battle, the VMI flag carries a New Market battle streamer, an honor identifying the field of battle for units that distinguished themselves in combat there.

Edit - You would also have needed to name Florida State and The Citadel to get credit for a correct response.

The Army National Guard in the states of Missouri, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Kentucky, and specifically in these colleges: Virginia Military Institute, Florida State University, The Citadel, University of Mississippi.

Edit - Since the question was about college ROTC programs, I assume that the part of your answer that refers specifically to colleges is your response to the question - and your response is correct.

he Citadel, VMI, Florida State University, and possibly University of Mississippi.
I could not find anything definitive about University of Mississippi; some sources include them, others do not. At the very least, VMI, The Citadel, and FSU should be identified.

Edit - Since the official answer is ambivalent about whether the University of Mississippi should be included, I will consider that a correct response to the question should consist of either (a) Florida State, VMI, and The Citadel, or (b) Florida State, VMI, The Citadel, and the University of Mississippi.

A number of players named the College of William and Mary. That school's ROTC program is authorized to have a battle streamer, but it commemorates service during the American Revolution, not the Civil War.
