Clinch's Regiment, Fourth Georgia Cavalry (aka The Wiregrass Fourth) was recruited in southern and coastal southeast counties of Georgia: Berrien (Companies F & H), Camden Companies C & D), Clinch (Company I), Glynn (Company B), Pierce (Company K), Thomas (Companies F & H) and Ware (Companies A, B, G & K).

The question didn't specifically indicate how precisely an answer would have to specify the geographic origin of the unit in order to be considered correct. Of course, the coastal region of Georgia is on the southeastern corner of the state. I will accept answers such as "coastal region of Georgia," "southeastern Georgia," "southern Georgia," "eastern Georgia," or even simply "Georgia."

However, answers such as "northern Georgia," "western Georgia," or "central Georgia" are probably going to be marked wrong, unless somebody comes up with a source to support such answers.
