On 8-1-1863 T.J.Ford enlisted in West Tennessee as a corporal in Company F, KY 12th cavalry, CSA.

Date not known, L.C.Baker enlisted in West Tennessee in the 12th KY cavalry, Co. F, CSA. He enlisted as a private, then was promoted to 1st LT.

There is a way to pull these from the National Archives which I am chagrined to admit I have not learned. I always use Fold3 which threatens to suspend the account of anyone who pulls and shares their records.

Closest help I could give is a recommendation for a book I read decades ago, an autobiography of a "Kentucky Cavalier in Dixie". Might have something pertinent.

Found them in the roster, but they're listed as "J. F./L. Ford" and "J. D. Baker" for some reason...
