Its an american treat normally seen around hollween and the fall.sweet,i'm not supposed to eat them but i always buy a bag or two along with the cremed pumpkins in the harvest mix.

I like candy corn alright, which is odd, since I definitely noticed when the changed sodas from sugar-based to corn-syrup based and did not approve.

I remain convinced that the white bit of candy corn has no flavoring and is a different texture from the rest of it. And I like the Indian corn variation because there's a bit of cocoa in the dark part. Rather have licorice jelly beans, though.

Well, I must insert foot in mouth.

I hated it as a kid, so have pretty much avoided it since. But last week while I was in the store, I saw it and thought "well let's see it has been many years," and I'm finding it difficult to keep away from! Still not my favorite, but I'm changing my vote to "YES" I like candy corn.

Walked into the drug store in the office building lobby this morning for a bottle of water and some snack-sized chocolates for my candy dish on my desk and low & behold all the Halloween candy was out - including candy corn!

We were in town today and was shopping at Ollies and i found a new candy corn...this one is Apple Carmel Candy Corn and it is great..has a little bit of cinnamon flavor in it also so it tastes like you are eating an Olde Tyme Apple Pie.
Ollies also had Peep's on closeout,10 packages for $1.00.

I will look for new one that nitrofd mentions. We were in Ollies today. I didn't see that but saw pumpkin spice coffee. We had gotten some a couple of weeks ago so still selling it.
