Any idea what regiment they belong to?
 
I like the saber bayonets in the image, I don't see them too often.
Looks like the rifles are either Zouave Model 1863 or M1841 Mississipppi.

Could it be the 14th Brooklyn (84th NY)?

Possibly, that's what I was wondering, but it looks as if they (except for the officer) are wearing grey jackets. The guy on the left appears to have piping on the sides of his jacket.
 
Military Images Magazine just had a facebook post about how this was stolen around 35 years ago from the Campus Martius Museum and eventually ended up in the Liljenquist Collection at the Library of Congress. It was recently given back to the Campus Martius Museum. Story by Ohio History Connection.

They say they might be from the Dayton Zouave Rangers or the Marietta Fireman Zouaves both of Ohio.
