Recognize this often photographed rock? That's right, it's Warren's Rock on Little Round Top pre-Warren (1888). In the background is the open Wheatfield with Houck's Ridge in front. Check out the wooden stake seen in front of the rock. That's one of John Bachelder's markers he placed throughout the battlefield to identify important battle related locations. He sure got this one right!
