wet plate photography ?

I will be portraying a soldier who was killed at the battle of the wilderness next month. While im there i was hoping to get a tintype done of me in uniform with our regimental flag dose anyone know how much on average it cost to have this done? (yes, there will be a wet plate photographer there)

Depends on the photographer, and the image size... Average price observed over last year or two for a single 1/6 plate seems to be running about the $40 range
