Two views of families visiting camp. The young boy with the forage cap, the flag and several others appear in both photographs. What a pity we don't have more information about these images. Both are from the National Archives.

Some are incredibly clear. Someone, somewhere would look at this image and say ' Wait a minute, doesn't that look like the photo of your mother gave you? Your great great grandfather Smith-Jones? Second from right in the door. We should tell someone. '

Is it Alexandria, the convalescent camp? A few others from there, maybe the photographer caught quite a few groups that day.
