Thanks for sharing this awesome photo.. really I can't get a clear picture to the tree and leaves but it looks like a young Red Oak. Just guessing about 10 to 20 years old.

They interviewed a park ranger on the news last night and they had to temporarily close VNMP to clean up the trees that have fallen since Barry came through and they are worried about more trees coming down.
