Impressions Vest

I saw this vest at my local goodwill . Would it be period correct ?

I can't really tell that much from that photo. However at a minimum the lining looks to be an issue to me. Now while that normally can't be seen there might be times when it could.

Biggest problem with the shape is the shawl collar sewn into the lapel seam. The common period style goes all the way around the neck.

Agreed....Collar is not correct.
What is it made of?
In my opinion, it looks too "modern".
