Had already struck a few from those Unidentified categories over the years. Found (and moved) 2 of those 4, their NARA files already had been tagged with identifiers.

The second is Col. (Bvt.Brig.Gen.) John F. Ballier of the 98th Pennsylvania Infantry.

The fourth is Nathaniel McLean.
