Anyone see this tool before? (On left)
Has characteristics of being US/contractor made, head resembles one made for revolver cones, and had a spanner screwdriver as well.

IMHO, the tool on the left could be for a Zouave type rifle musket. I believe the rear sight on the Remington Model 1863 rifle was held on by a large flat-headed screw that had two holes in it instead of a screwdriver slot. That blade on your tool in question with the two pegs at the bottom I think will fit the two holes in those special sight screws.
