Union breast plate

Can anyone tel me how to identify a union breast plate as an original or a reproduction?

Check the loops, if steel = repop. Iron = original.

I was told if the feathers on the arrows look like dots (that one does) it was repro. Also looks like the lead is a bit overfilled. Jmho

I haven't yet, I don't have a magnet to tell. They don't look stainless but not sure
