Two inspector marks on saber pommel?

Hello,

This is my first posting here. I collect Third Reich headgear as my primary hobby but I've wanted a Civil War saber for some time. I acquired a M1860 Ames 1864 recently. The thing I was wondering is why would there be two inspector marks on the pommel ? C.E.W. and JR. It's also marked M.M. on the blade and possibly on the scabbard throat. The drag is also marked A.D.K.
