Tucker's Naval Brigade flag?

I was recently talking with an old friend, and he was telling me of a unique flag. He described it as Tucker's Naval Brigade's flag at Sayler's Creek and that it was basically a CS battle flag, except instead of red with a blue St. Andrew's Cross and white border on the cross, it was white on blue. He said it was in what was the Museum of the Confederacy, I think unknown what it is, but he mentioned something of references pointing in the direction of the Naval Brigade.

Anyone know anything of this?

And what was left of the Naval Brigade fighting as Infantry, along with Captain John Randolph Tucker commanding, were captured there.
