It's not so much the condition as the construction. No such CS solid brass plates were produced. A plate this bad is really a joke.

I was just looking through their site and would love to visit their place. Does anyone here have an in with that place? I would love to know if this guy really took anything to them and this place begged to have it? Somehow, after looking at their things online, I very much doubt it.

I see they have the McRae papers. I have contacted my friend who is a McRae because the CSA McRae was directly involved with her family - though she lives very close to me now up here in NH. I want to see if this McRae with the McRae papers is also of the same family.

It's in regards to guys who lie about their military service. They'll inflate every detail so they're they sound like the most decorated, most impressive super special military service member ever. I love to see those guys get busted and called out. Look up Don Shipley on YouTube. He's a retired Navy SEAL and he busts these type of guys all the time.

So do I but they don't care. Some have been reported to Ebay multiple times but Ebay won't do anything about it because these scammers make sales and pay selling fees. It does feel better to lay into them sometimes though. I told this particular seller that if he wants to make the big money, he should take these items to one of the big shows and try selling them to one of the major authentic collectors/sellers. I received no response...
