My g-g-grandfather wound up on that ridge, or crest as the case may be, with the 2nd Delaware. Just to the left of the photo. Very nice picture! Thank you!

My Grandfather went to Gettysburg in the mid-20s and got to take the tour with real federal and rebel soldiers. When wewould go there in the early and mid 1970s, he knew all the old roads that the park service closed off. A very different tour than the one the park service gave. Somewhere in my stuff, I have his photos of his being in and around the round tops and/or devils den. I believe that someone in my family, maybe me, has the "info" sheets that were used back then.
